EVERY TUESDAY
WHEN: 6.30 – 7.40pm
WHERE: Performing Arts Centre (school hall) | Lawnton State School 44 – 60 Todds Rd, Lawnton QLD

Walk-ins welcome.

WHAT TO BRING: Please bring a mat, water bottle, blanket/beach towel (for seated poses) and where possible 1-2 blocks and a strap. I do have a small number of clean props available for use.

Each 70 minute yoga class follows the principles of Hatha yoga with Vinyasa flows incorporated and includes a centering, breath practice (pranayama), yoga asana (poses) and ends with Savasana (a period of stillness and rest).

I am going on a ski trip to NZ – no classes Tue 27th Aug & Tue 3rd Sept 2024
NB: Because of this trip I will teach during the Sept school holiday break
Christmas Holiday Shutdown Period – no classes from Tue 24th Dec
Class will resume Tue 14th January 2025
As a general rule, Yoga does not run during the Qld School Holidays
